Damages and Delivery Errors

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt with clear photos of the issue. After this period, no claims will be accepted.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days. However:

  • Processing and shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • A 30% restocking fee may apply.
